At Moonbug, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality products every time. However, we understand that issues can arise. Please note the following policy regarding refunds:

No Returns: We do not accept returns. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned.

- If we are notified by the courier that your package was lost in transit.
- If your order is received opened, damaged, or broken, you are eligible for a full refund.*

- If any part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial refund corresponding to the value of the missing items.*

Refund requests will only be available within 3 days of receiving your order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
IMPORTANT: We will require video proof before issuing any refunds. We recommend always taking a video while opening your packages to ensure any issues are properly documented.
