first time trying this matcha and it never fails!!!! It has a natural sweetness to it and a little floral (?) taste which i like (not a matcha expert lol), also easy to make microfoam upon whisking (less than a min), def recommended!!! I hope I can score a tin on the next restock :)

The only local hojicha powder that I get every time i ran out! It tastes chocolatey and nutty which I really like and I pair it with condensed milk as a sweetener for that creamy flavor.

I’ve been wanting to get this and their hojicha for so long so I’m happy that I was able to stumble upon their restock. This was such a good, smooth matcha. Pairs well with oatmilk as a latte. Has no bitterness at all. It does well as an everyday matcha. Will definitely buy again once I finish the can. Thank you!

Finally I was able to secured this. I tried it right away and I loved it.

I’ve been on the lookout for quality local matcha, and Moonbug Matcha surpassed my expectations. Its flavor is smooth and full-bodied, with no hint of bitterness, just the right blend of nutty notes and umami depth. I’ve already restocked and will absolutely be ordering again. (Fingers crossed the tin cans are back soon!)
