Harvest process:

• Picked during the second and third harvests of the year, the leaves used in our Culinary Matcha are more mature. 
• The leaves are shaded for a shorter period than our Ceremonial Matcha, then dried and ground using traditional stone mills.
• Since Culinary matcha naturally has more bitter notes than Ceremonial, we recommend adding a sweetener of your choice. 🍯
