🍂 Crafted from a blend of select cultivars traditionally used for Sencha and Gyokuro, slow-roasted in small batches to enhance sweetness and reduce bitter notes.

Ceremonial? Dark Roast? Hojicha? Let’s break it down:

• 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 – There are no regulatory standards yet that define ‘ceremonial’ and it isn’t a common classification for Hojicha. But this is simply our promise of top-tier leaves and meticulous processing to create a delicate, umami-rich flavor. 🤎
  • Although best as a latte, you can enjoy it hot, cold, with other flavorings, or as an usucha. We’d love to see how you make it your own!
• 𝗛𝗼𝗷𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮 – Is it roasted matcha? Not exactly! It’s dried and roasted green tea leaves ground into a powder. Delicious, versatile, and packed with health benefits. Because it’s roasted, it loses a lot of its natural caffeine, making it perfect for those with caffeine sensitivities.
• 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 – A longer roasting time that results in a richer, deeper tea. It’s brought out a yummy aroma of coffee and hazelnut*. 🌰 Our powder also has warm, malty, toasty tasting notes of caramel, cocoa, and puffed rice.
