Blooming Your Matcha Whisk

Before using your bamboo whisk for the first time (and before each use):

Soak the prongs of the whisk in a bowl of warm water for about 1-2 minutes. This softens the bamboo, allowing it to bloom and expand, and helps prevent breakage. You will notice the curved prongs slowly start to straighten.

Cleaning Your Tools

  1. Rinse the whisk and tea scoop with water to remove any remaining powder. Avoid using soap, as it can damage the delicate bamboo.
  2. Shake off excess water, and air dry completely before storing.
  3. Use dishwashing soap and water to clean the tea bowl, sieve/sifter, and whisk stand.

Really taste and experience the difference

Spending some moments making matcha is a nice, intentional break in a busy day! This kit has everything you need to have that moment of renewal (of energy, or relaxation). The ceremonial matcha is smooth, rich, and earthy - a healthier alternative to (and far cry from) the over-sweetened drinks in coffee shops! Highly recommended!

Perfect for beginners ☺️

Purchased the matcha kit on Monday and immediately got it on Wednesday (within Manila). Super smooth service and great product. Just look at their IG account for recipes and equipment care then you’re all set. Even served some to my Dad (who isn’t a matcha drinker) and he liked it. :)

New Household Staple
