Blooming Your Matcha Whisk:

Before using your bamboo whisk for the first time (and before each use):

Soak the prongs of the whisk in a bowl of warm water for about 1-2 minutes. This softens the bamboo, allowing it to bloom and expand, and helps prevent breakage. You should notice the curved prongs slowly start to straighten.

Cleaning Your Whisk:

Rinse the whisk with running water to remove any remaining powder. Avoid using soap, as it can damage the delicate bamboo.

Shake off excess water, and air dry completely before storing on its whisk stand.

Once you go moonbug, you never go back

Ever since I started using moonbug, I really can’t have any other random brand. Pretty much elevated the whole matcha experience for me. I recently got matcha as a gift from Japan. I tried using it for a drink but since moonbug set the standard so high for me, I was really disappointed at the taste of the new matcha I got and just ended up making a another drink using moonbug 🍵

Very sturdy!

I'm so happy with this whisk! It's not like the others that break easily, so I'm glad I don't have to worry about wooden bits mixing into my matcha 🥹 Definitely recommend it!
